Fill in your shipping details, select your payment option (Cash on Delivery or other methods), and confirm your order. You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is placed.

You can pay directly to the courier when your package arrives.

We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items.
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
- You must provide an unedited unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened.
- The request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Without a valid unboxing video, we cannot process refunds or exchanges.

We sincerely apologize if that happens! Please contact us immediately via Facebook page (Skyline Trading Company) or email with your order details and unboxing video, and we’ll resolve it right away.

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once your item is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
To request cancellation, message us ASAP with your order number.
